摘要

Spitz痣是一种罕见的黑素细胞病变，其临床和病理特征类似于恶性黑色素瘤。口腔内黑素细胞病变相对而言较为少见，而颊黏膜处的Spitz痣尤为稀有。经患者允许报告19岁女性患者颊黏膜Spitz痣一例，并进行口腔内Spitz痣的文献复习。

Abstract

Spitz nevus is a rare melanocytic lesion with clinical and pathological features resembling those of malignant melanoma. Melanocytic lesions within the oral cavity are relatively uncommon

and the occurrence of a Spitz nevus on the buccal mucosa is particularly rare. Under the permission of the patient

a case report of a 19-year-old female patient diagnosed with Spitz nevus on the buccal mucosa was presented. A thorough literature review about oral Spitz nevus was also performed.
