高原是一个低压、低氧、低温、高辐射的特殊环境。在高原,缺氧将普遍性地造成运动效能下降,对于军队国防、体育强国甚至是最基本的民生问题都有着巨大影响。近年来,高原损伤与防治引起了广泛关注。通过CNKI、WoS、百度学术等网络数据库检索,研究发现,急进海拔高度越高、运动持续时间越久、进驻越迅速都将加剧对高原运动效能的影响。随着医疗技术的进步众多预防方法已被用作习服高原环境。然而,体外干预方法成本高、易反弹且效果有限,因此,药物防治显然是更加经济的选择。此文从急进高原与长期驻扎高原两个方面对爆发力、耐力、精细化操作的影响作出总结概括,并从体外干预到药物治疗介绍防治措施;概括了化学药物、单味中药、中成药和复方制剂对改善高原运动效能的可能机制,指出药物防治是一种经济高效的方法,尤其是中药在改善高原运动效能损伤方面具有独特优势和应用前景。
The plateau is a special environment of low pressure
low oxygen
low temperature and high radiation. On the plateau
lack of oxygen will universally cause a decrease in athletic performance
which has a huge impact on military defence
sports power and even the most basic livelihood issues. In recent years
plateau injury and prevention have attracted widespread attention. Through CNKI

Baidu Academic and other online database searches
research has found that the higher the altitude of the rush
the longer the duration of the exercise
and the more rapid the approach will exacerbate the impact on plateau exercise performance. With advances in medical technology numerous preventive methods have been used to acclimatise to the plateau environment. However
in vitro interventions are costly
prone to rebound and have limited effectiveness
making pharmacological control a clearly more economical option. This paper summarises and outlines the effects on explosive power
endurance and refinement of handling in terms of both acute plateau entry and long-term plateau stationing
and introduces prevention and treatment measures from in vitro interventions to pharmacological treatment. It is noted that pharmacological prevention and treatment is a cost-effective method
especially Chinese medicine has unique advantages and application prospects in improving plateau sports performance injuries.
