m6A modification of lncRNA in middle ear cholesteatoma
“Researchers have delved into the molecular mechanisms of middle ear cholesteatoma, a condition often leading to hearing loss and bone destruction. Through an lncRNA m6A transcriptome microarray, they identified 1,525 differentially methylated lncRNAs in cholesteatoma tissues, associated with various biological functions and signaling pathways. This study lays a foundation for further research into the role of lncRNA m6A modification in cholesteatoma etiology and offers potential therapeutic targets.”
