Abstract Photodynamic therapy is mainly used in dermatology to treat skin tumors, precancerous lesions,
and condyloma acuminatum. Due to its excellent tissue selectivity, easy operation and good
cosmetic effect, it has been gradually applied to the treatment of various non-neoplastic skin
diseases, such as verruca acuminata, acne, rosacea, chronic skin ulcer, fungal diseases, keloid, and
